Wow what a mad week we have had! Last Saturday after a early start we made our way to London Earls Court to set up our stand. It all went smoothly and the stand looked wonderful. Sunday was our first day of exhibertaing and it started with another early start... up at 5.45! Then we encounted engineering work on the trains which meant that we had to get a coach into London! However, although the effect it had taken us to get there we were still bright and breezy.

Our two new collections had started to sell well within the few weeks leading up to the show so it was no surprise with all the interest they has generated. We have lots of new gift shops stocking Natural Bubbles, galleries and a department store plus it was nice to see many orders from old stockists.

Our neighbouring stands were absolutly lovely. We were opposite Katie from What Katie Did Next who makes tailor-made textiles.

Although it was hectic we had a successful show and look forward to the next one!

Happy New Year 2012! We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas. We have had a busy start to the New Year with Top Drawer trade show being only a week away.

New for 2012 we have two new ranges, Pretty and Paris and the Contemporary range, which we are confident are going to be popular. We will keep everyone updated on how we get on.

Bubbles Update

As predicted, September and October were busy months for wholesale orders. We have been taken by surprise with the amount of last minute trade orders we have had during November as well! This accompanied with retail orders is leaving little time for us to get prepared for our trade show in early January. We still have a lot of products to make, labels to prepare and the general organising of the display of our stand. This has resulted in us having to work Saturdays and Sundays and put buying Christmas presents on hold.

Rosewood Essential Oil.......Unfriendly!

It isn't only the rainforest that is being destroyed to make way for palm oil plantations. Many essential oils are also considered as being "unfriendly" to the environment. Natural Bubbles doesn't use Rosewood essential oil because this sweet spicy oil is distilled from a hardwood tree. Over-harvesting of this oil has caused major de-forestation. Unfortunately areas previously logged haven't seen much regrowth so it is now law for distilleries to plant a new tree for every one they cut down, although it will still take many many years to grow to full height.

Palm Oil Free Soap

Wow, we have been busy at Natural Bubbles HQ! With only a few weeks ago from when we added our last product we have added another great gift to our gift collection.

The Soap Box is a quality gift box containing four full sized luxury soap bars. We have added two of out most popular soaps, Lavender & Patchouli and Teatree. With these we have also included Lemongrass & Clary Sage and Mandarin & Ginger to give a nice cross section of scents. Not forgetting that The Soap Box comes with a luxury face cloth.

Although we are called Natural Bubbles because of the wonderful mass of bubbles our soaps produce we also make some lovely bath goodies too! Unlike most bath bombs, creamers and melts we use no sodium lauryl sulfate making them great for sensitive skin. All our bath products are scented with essential oils, so there are no strawberry or cherry scents here because these aren't essential oils, they are artificial fragrances.

Us at Natural Bubbles HQ have been working flat out on making the St Clements Soap Slice. It seems that almost every trade order has the St Clements Soap Slice! That orangy tangy scent must be making everyone think of Christmas.

Natural Bubbles Mandarin and Ginger soap is definitely one for the boys. The masculine scent of ginger essential oil is complimented with the underlining tones of Mandarin essential oil giving this a slight citrus scent. Certainly one to try!
