'Did you know..........'

Did you know that there are only around 50,000 orangutans left in wild, due to the loss of their natural habitat to big palm oil plantations.

Check out the link below. A wonderful story about a blind orangutan who gave birth to twins.

"The Bells of St Clements"

"Oranges and Lemons say the Bells of St Clements". Well that is exactly what our St Clements Whipped Body Butter smells of. A delicious aroma of orange and lemon essential oils blended with shea butter and jojoba oil.
We thought we would find out a little more about this popular rhyme..........

St Clements is a small church situated in St. Clements Lane, Eastcheap. There have been three Churches on the site starting with the first in the 11th Century when the church is mentioned in a confirmation of grants to Westminster Abbey in 1067. The original old Church was rebuilt in the 15th Century. The second church was destroyed in 1666 during the Great Fire Of London. The existing church was rebuilt in 1687 by Sir Christopher Wren (the great architect of St Paul's Cathedral). The "Oranges and lemons" refer to the citrus fruits unloaded at the nearby wharves.

New Year......New Labels

We have already had a busy end to 2010 and a busy start into 2011 with several international orders, so we can only hope this is a sign of things to come with Spring Trade Fair at Birmingham NEC in February. If you haven't noticed, we have changed the labels on our Face Masks. We think they look fab and compliment our existing products. Happy New Year 2011!!!!
